Two changes that I made to my website was changing up the theme of the background and adding an “about me” page, which was recommended during the peer review.
Stress, physical health, and mental health are important aspects of maintaining well-being. According to Broderick and Blewitt (p. 475, 2010) there are psychological resilience factors, attitudes, and behaviors that can contribute to well-being during stress. One of these factors is physical exercise, which increases mood, self-esteem, and cognition. Another factor of maintaining well-being during stress is practicing active coping skills that are used to seek solutions and help manage emotions. Subjective well-being is an individuals experience of life satisfaction within all domains of life (Broderick & Blewitt, 2010), and learning efficient coping skills to enhance resilience, and maintaining adequate physical health will promote well-being and healthy ways of managing stress.
